These terms govern the use of Easy Examiner, the AI-powered exam marking platform for UK schools and educational institutions.
Easy Examiner is licensed for use by authorised educational institutions. Access is granted on a per-school or per-trust basis and may not be shared outside the subscribing organisation.
Schools are responsible for ensuring that student data uploaded to Easy Examiner is handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Easy Examiner acts as a data processor on behalf of the school as data controller.
All platform software, AI models, and generated reports remain the intellectual property of Easy Examiner. Schools retain ownership of their own exam content and student data.
